Return Policy
For returns, please email shopvelvetbutterfly@gmail.com with the order number and/or names of items you are returning and the reason why.
Returns: Please return item within 7 days of of receiving the item. Items returned must be unused, unwashed and in it's original state of when you received your item. Shipping costs unfortunately will not be refunded. If you are past the 7 day window and we do not receive your return, we will NOT be able to refund you. Once item is approved during inspection, you will receive a refund.
Postage cost: If your item is returnable, it is your responsibility to cover the costs of return postage. If you are requesting a refund, and it is approved, you will not be refunded the initial postage fees. Where a mistake has been made in fulfilling your order, all postage fees are covered.
Damaged Items: In the rare case your item is damaged or flawed, email shopvelvetbutterfly@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will refund you and do our best to make it right.
Commissioned Items: Unfortunately due to the nature of the item being one of a kind and specially crafted for you, we can not accept returns on commissioned pieces.
