Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, though many orders ship sooner.
Need It Faster?
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at shopvelvetbutterfly@gmail.com before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate expedited requests whenever possible.
Shipping & Tracking
We ship through USPS and other trusted carriers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Items
Many of our pieces are handmade, upcycled, or individually crafted. Because of this, slight variations in color, pattern, or texture may occur. These unique details are part of what makes each item special.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Velvet Butterfly is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors or other members of your household
• Looking around your porch, mailbox, garage, or designated delivery area
• Contacting your local post office or shipping carrier for additional assistance
If you still need help, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. However, we are unable to replace or refund orders that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
